Daniela Granja

Daniela Granja studied economics at PUC-RJ and has a post-graduate degree in Psychopedagogy and Philosophy. “As a psychopedagogue, I used art as a communication tool in the care of children, which later became an exclusive interest.” Still, under the strong influence of studies on the construction of human knowledge acquired in psychopedagogy, Granja continues her research on the bonds we form with each other and with the world, in a democratic and cyclical dialogue. “My interest is in the borders and intensity of crossings, but also in the tension of meanings that arise in the spaces between these relational webs.” Granja uses photography, ropes, and industrial and organic materials in her work.
